The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that Kestrel Union shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.
The App may include links to third-party social media platforms. Your use of such links is at your own risk, and Kestrel Union is not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party platforms you visit.
Kestrel Union reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
In no event shall Kestrel Union, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Kestrel Union makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from these Terms within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
You represent and warrant that your use of the App will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Kestrel Union to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Kestrel Union reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
